Take two…

I had to go to Babyland yesterday to pick up a new mattress insert for Audrey’s cot & they had just put out on the floor this brand new double pram – The Strider Plus – by steelcraft, which I’ve been waiting to see for ages! It has a lot of different configurations and the top seat is rated up to 20kg and the bottom seat to 15kg. I put the girls in and had a push around, its sooooo much wider than my Bugaboo bee but still narrower than a sidebyside double pram, it steers really well and feels like its been built well, unlike the normal strider which feels a bit flimsy. It has two hoods with zip out breezy mesh sections for sun protection and air flow. This is definitely a pram to consider if you’ve got two kids close in age or you’re having twins!

Hi – this buggy looks good, and your girls look happy that they can see each other.

I’m in the market for a new pram (for a chilled out 2 1/2 yo who will occasionally have a sleep on the go; and a busy 9 mo) and wonder if this could be the perfect buggy. I like the idea of the reversible seat, and also of both children being able to lie flat to sleep.

How are you finding your buggy? Is it easy to push? It looks, from the photo, a little like the handle might be hard to reach – is this the case?

      Hi 🙂

I didnt end up buying this one as it all got a bit hectic before our holiday. I know a few people who have been having some issues with the wheels being a bit dodgy so might be better to get something else perhaps? I’m still looking!
